During phone calls, please make sure you are always in a quiet place, not driving or multitasking, thank you

Rescheduling

• Reschedule 2 or more business days in advance - no charge
• Reschedule within 2 business days - 50% charge, minimum $10

Cancellations

• Cancel 5 or more business days in advance - full refund
• Cancel 2 to 5 business days in advance - 50% refund
• No shows & cancellations within 2 business days - no refund

If you have an emergency or illness, we'll chat about rescheduling. Refunds are sometimes possible.

If Anna has an emergency or illness, she will give you the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
