During phone calls, please make sure you are always in a quiet place and are not multitasking, thank you

Rescheduling

• Reschedule 2 or more business days in advance - no charge
• Reschedule within 2 business days - 50% charge, minimum $10

Cancellations

• Cancel 2 or more business days in advance - full refund
• Cancel within 2 business days - full charge
• No shows - no refund

In the event of emergency or illness, The Surf Haberdashery will give you the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
