Booking Policies
Good thru December 31st, 2026
Rescheduling
- Reschedule 2 or more business days in advance - no charge
- Reschedule within 2 business day - no refund
- If SurfHab needs to reschedule (non-emergency), you will have 3 business days advance notice and you’ll be offered the next available appointment.
Cancellations
- Cancel 5 or more business days in advance - no charge
- Cancel within 5 business days/no show - no refund
- If SurfHab needs to cancel (emergency), and the client is unable to reschedule, then the client will receive a refund for any canceled time. Rescheduling is ok too at no charge.
